Custom Products for Admin Orders in Shopware 6

Configurable products in the administration too Custom Products for Admin Orders extends the Shopware Custom Products extension by the step that is missing in the standard: your team adds configurable products directly on the order detail page in the administration and edits them there. The same templates, options and validation rules your customers know from the storefront are used. Surcharges and tax rates flow into the order value via Shopware's price calculation. Your benefits with Custom Products for Admin Orders No more workarounds: Instead of free line items, notes and manually calculated surcharges, a regular order line item is created. The same rules as in the shop: Templates, options and mandatory fields apply in the administration just as they do in the storefront. The price is right automatically: Surcharges and tax rates flow into the order value via Shopware's price calculation. Editable afterwards: An existing configuration can be reopened, adjusted and saved. For orders that start outside the shop: Phone orders, quotes and repeat orders are created in the back office rather than in the customer's configurator. Features at a glance Add a custom product to the order Under “Add product” you select the entry “Add custom product” and then a product with an assigned Custom Products template. The full configurator in the admin Selection, colour, image, checkbox, number, text, date and time as well as file uploads are available just as in the storefront. File uploads via the media uploader Uploads run through the administration's media uploader and end up in the same upload media folder as uploads from the storefront, so thumbnails, retention rules and folder structure stay consistent. The price updates as you configure As soon as options are selected, the order value is recalculated – including surcharges and tax rate. Edit configuration Custom products that have already been added are reopened via “Edit configuration” and adjusted there. Quantity changes are synchronised across the entire configuration. View configuration Via “View configuration” you see all selected options of a line item at a glance. New and existing orders The workflow applies when creating an order as well as on an order that already exists. Who is Custom Products for Admin Orders suitable for? B2B shops whose orders arrive by phone, email or quote Shops with personalised products such as engravings, photo gifts or made-to-measure items Service teams handling complaints and identical repeat orders Shops that already use Custom Products and miss the configurator in the back office Technical information & compatibility Requirement: Shopware 6.7 Requirement: the Shopware Custom Products extension Scope: order detail page in the Shopware administration File uploads in the same upload media folder as uploads from the storefront The storefront configuration remains unchanged Configured line items behave like regular order line items Installation via Extensions → My extensions in the Shopware administration View in the Shopware Store · or request advice

Custom Products Template Search for Shopware 6

Finding templates instead of scrolling through lists Custom Products Template Search for Shopware 6 adds the templates of the Custom Products feature to the global search in the administration. As the number of templates grows, finding them again becomes a time sink: the overview can only be paged through. With the plugin you type the technical name into the search, the match appears and opens for editing with one click. Your benefits with Custom Products Template Search A direct route to the template: Search by technical name instead of paging through the overview. One click to editing: Matches can be opened straight from the search result. Narrow it down: A search page filter restricts the results to Custom Products templates. Ready to use immediately: Install, activate, done — no configuration required. Features at a glance Search by technical name Templates are found by their technical name and appear directly in the search area of the administration. Open matches directly One click on the search result opens the template for editing. Filter within the search A dedicated filter narrows the search results to Custom Products templates. If you are already on a template page, the filter in the search bar switches there automatically. Access from the product detail page The template assigned to a product can be copied and opened straight away through the search. Who is Custom Products Template Search suitable for? Shops with many Custom Products templates where the overview has become unwieldy Teams in which several people maintain templates Shops that continuously adjust configurable products Frequently asked questions What is searched? The technical name of the template. Matches appear in the search area of the administration and can be opened from there. Do I need to configure anything? No. After installation and activation the plugin is ready to use. If you run Elasticsearch, a one-time index rebuild is required so that the templates are indexed. Which Shopware version does the plugin require? Shopware 6.6.0.0 to 6.7.12.2. Technical information & compatibility Compatibility: Shopware 6.6.0.0 to 6.7.12.2 Current version: 2.0.1 Requires the Shopware Custom Products feature When using Elasticsearch: a one-time index rebuild after installation Scope: administration only, no changes to the storefront View in the Shopware Store · or request advice

Delivery Times Professional for Shopware 6

Delivery times per channel, product and destination Shopware stores exactly one delivery time per product. As soon as you run several sales channels or ship to different countries, that is often not enough: one warehouse ships faster than another, one channel uses a different carrier, and distant regions take longer. With Delivery Times Professional you control the displayed delivery time on three levels: as a default per sales channel, overridden per product where needed, and optionally extended by a surcharge per country zone. The delivery time field on the product stays untouched – the extension affects the display, not your product data. Your benefits with Delivery Times Professional Fitting instead of blanket: Each sales channel gets its own default rather than one value for the whole shop. Exceptions without rework: Individual products can deviate per channel without you changing the product data. Realistic for distant countries: A surcharge per country zone extends the estimate for the destinations concerned. All the way to the order confirmation: The delivery time is stored on the order line item and is available in the order, the confirmation email and the customer account. Your product data stays untouched: The delivery time field on the product is not changed. Features at a glance Default per sales channel A global default delivery time applies to all channels and can be overridden per channel. Active sales channels with a domain are loaded; if another one goes live, it appears automatically. Delivery time per product and channel In the product view you choose per channel between the delivery time from the product, the channel default and a custom delivery time. Variants inherit the entry of their parent product unless they have one of their own. Country zones with a surcharge Countries are grouped into zones such as “EU” and “World”. Per sales channel you define a delay with a value, a unit and a scope of application. How the delivery time is resolved The selected mode determines the base delivery time, and the surcharge of the destination zone is added on top. On the delivery line this happens for logged-in customers based on the delivery country; guests see the base delivery time. Display controlled per sales channel The delivery time in the cart and mini cart as well as the link “Show delivery times by country” on the product page can be switched on and off per channel. Snippet for the order confirmation A ready-made snippet for the email template is available in the configuration and can be copied with a button. Who is Delivery Times Professional suitable for? Shops with several sales channels and different delivery routes Merchants shipping to several countries with differing lead times Assortments in which individual products take considerably longer than the rest Shops that want to state the delivery time in the order confirmation as well Technical information & compatibility Requirement: Shopware 6.6 or higher, also tested under 6.7 Required components: storefront and administration For the cart display, Shopware's setting “Show delivery time in cart” must be active Configuration in two places: Settings → Extensions for default delivery times and zones, My extensions → Configuration for the storefront display Dedicated permissions, controlled via Shopware's rights system On uninstall you can choose whether the data is kept View in the Shopware Store · or request advice

E-Mail Address for Invoices in Shopware 6

Invoices where they are actually needed E-Mail Address for Invoices adds a field for a second e-mail address to the customer account in Shopware 6, to which invoice documents are sent automatically. In companies, the person who orders is rarely the person who processes the invoice. Until now both e-mails go to the same address and are forwarded by hand. With the plugin, your customer enters an invoice address themselves — order information and documents separate without any effort from your team. Your benefits with E-Mail Address for Invoices Documents reach accounting: Invoices and cancellation invoices go to the address stored for that purpose. Customers maintain it themselves: The additional address is entered in the customer account and can be removed there again. No risk with an empty field: If no second address is stored, Shopware's standard behaviour remains unchanged. You define the scope: In the configuration you choose which document types the additional address applies to. Features at a glance A second e-mail field in the customer account The field is available in the customer account and can be viewed and maintained in the Shopware administration. Assigning document types In the plugin settings you define which documents the address is used for — all stored types are available, typically invoice and cancellation invoice. Fallback to the account address Without an entry, Shopware continues to send to the e-mail address of the customer account. Removing the address again On the customer page there is a link for removing the stored invoice address. Handling of older orders A setting determines whether the current invoice address from the customer account also applies to orders created before the change. It is disabled by default, in which case the address stored at the time of the order applies. Who is the plugin suitable for? B2B shops where purchasing and accounting use separate mailboxes Shops with many business customers and recurring orders Teams that want to stop forwarding documents by hand Technical information & compatibility Compatibility: Shopware 6.5.0.0 to 6.7. FAQ Professional for Shopware 6

Answers where the question comes up FAQ Professional for Shopware 6 manages your questions and answers centrally in the administration and shows them where your customers expect them – on the product detail page, on category pages, in Shopping Experiences, in the storefront search and in the final step of the checkout. What sets it apart from a classic FAQ page is the evaluation. An analytics dashboard shows you which questions are actually being opened, how your customers rate the answers, and which questions nobody has looked at for weeks. The plugin also outputs every question as schema.org markup and serves two machine-readable endpoints following the llmstxt.org standard – the technical groundwork for search engines and AI-based answer services to process your content. Your advantages with FAQ Professional Answers at the point of the question: Recurring questions sit where they arise – on the product, in the category, in the search, in the Shopping Experience and on the shipping method at checkout. Upkeep based on figures: Views, trends, ratings and unanswered questions in the dashboard, instead of guesswork about what customers want to know. Direct feedback from the shop: Customers rate every answer with Yes or No; the values are stored permanently in the Shopware database. Fast search even with large collections: OpenSearch or Elasticsearch indexing for administration and storefront, with an automatic fallback to the Shopware search. Machine-readable for AI services: Validated schema.org FAQPage markup plus the /llms.txt and /llms-full.txt endpoints following the llmstxt.org standard. One collection, many places: Assign by tag to products, categories, variants, landing pages and shipping methods – categories and products can also be assigned directly, with no tag at all. Operable without a mouse: The FAQ accordion meets WCAG 2.2 levels A and AA for keyboard operation and screen reader use. Features at a glance Analytics dashboard Total views as well as the last 7 and 30 days, each with a daily trend and the change against the preceding period of equal length. Plus a satisfaction rate, the most-read questions, a group comparison, unanswered FAQs, and clicks by language and domain. All of it filterable by sales channel and language. Rating and click tracking Below every answer sits the question "Was this answer helpful?" with a live counter. Every view is recorded and deduplicated via a hash of IP address and user agent, across multiple domains as well. A configurable cooldown prevents double counting, and you decide how long the click log is kept. Search with Elasticsearch or OpenSearch Administration and storefront search run over OpenSearch or Elasticsearch. Where no instance is reachable, the Shopware DAL search takes over automatically. FAQ hits appear in the search suggest above, below or beside the products – or not at all, if that is what you want. The same applies to the search results page. Assignment by tag, category or product FAQ groups are assigned via a tag to products, categories, variants, landing pages or shipping methods. Individual category pages and products can additionally be assigned directly, without a tag. A switch releases a group for all sales channels, including ones created later; your previous selection stays saved. Output as a tab, CMS block or column element FAQs appear as a tab on the product detail page, as a CMS block in Shopping Experiences, or as an element in a single column. The position of the tab is freely selectable. Category pages show assigned groups even without a CMS block. Where the same question sits in two places on one page, it is still output only once. Composing answers The editor for answers and group descriptions supports images, videos from YouTube and Vimeo, quotes, callout boxes and tables. A slash opens a command menu that narrows with every further character. Links to individual questions Every question can be linked individually, and the address is readable – the group name and the question in short form instead of a chain of identifiers. A copy button puts the link on the clipboard. Links you have already shared stay valid. schema.org, llms.txt and llms-full.txt Validated JSON-LD following the FAQPage schema, exactly once per page. Plus two endpoints following the llmstxt.org standard: /llms.txt as an index linking every question directly to its place, and /llms-full.txt with the complete collection. Together these are the groundwork for Google, Perplexity and ChatGPT Search to read your content. Accessibility The keyboard focus is visible in the FAQ accordion, and links inside a question are rendered as text so that the expand control stays operable for screen readers. Both points concern WCAG 2.2 levels A and AA. Multilingual and bulk maintenance The translation status is visible per language in the list, and a fallback to the default language can be switched on. FAQs and groups can be exported to CSV and imported again. Who is FAQ Professional for? Shops with products that need explaining, where the same questions keep reaching support Multilingual setups with several domains that need dependable figures per language Operators who want their content available to Google, Perplexity and ChatGPT Search in machine-readable form Shops covered by the European Accessibility Act since June 2025, which have to keep their FAQ sections operable as well Editorial teams with larger knowledge bases who maintain FAQs by CSV rather than one by one in the administration Technical information and compatibility Shopware 6.7.0 or higher, PHP 8.2 to 8.5. Elasticsearch or OpenSearch are used where available but are not a requirement. The licence is proprietary; installation and updates run through the Extensions area of the Shopware administration. Shops running Elasticsearch execute bin/console es:index once after updating to 6.7.6. On uninstalling, you decide whether your data is kept. Our recommendation Try FAQ Professional in our demo environment before deciding – the administration and the storefront are freely available. Our development team answers questions about setup or custom adjustments through a ticket.

Google Search Console Professional for Shopware 6

Search data where your products live Google Search Console Professional shows your shop's search performance inside the Shopware administration: clicks, impressions, CTR and average position, with no tab switching and no exports. The figures appear as columns in the product list and as a dedicated tab on every product, category and landing page. The "Performance" report covers periods from 24 hours to 16 months, the "Opportunities" page shows where work on titles and descriptions pays off, and you handle sitemaps and URL inspection without opening Search Console. Your advantages with Google Search Console Professional Key figures on the product: Clicks, impressions, CTR and position in the product list and in the "Search Console" tab on the record. The performance report in Shopware: 24 hours to 16 months, comparison with the previous period or year, filters by query, page, country, device, search type and brand. Opportunities instead of raw data: Queries just short of page one, pages with a low click-through rate, cannibalisation, winners and losers, new and lost queries. URL inspection and sitemaps: Check the index status of individual pages, submit and monitor sitemaps, straight from the administration. Several shops in view: Domain and URL prefix properties, each assigned to a sales channel domain, path filter for language shops. Secure connection: Service account with read access, key stored encrypted, dedicated user permissions in Shopware. Features at a glance Overview per property The four key figures of the last 28 days compared with the 28 days before, a trend chart, the strongest queries and pages, the first opportunities, the most visited products, categories and landing pages, and the status of your sitemaps, all on one page. "Performance" report Periods from 24 hours to 16 months, comparison with the preceding period or the previous year, chart by day, week or month. Tables by query, page, country, device, search appearance and day. Filters by query, page, country, device and search type, and by searches with or without your brand name; you store the brand terms in the plugin configuration. Reports can be saved under a name and shared with colleagues, and every table exports as CSV. Opportunities Five analyses based on your Search Console data: queries for which a page ranks at position 8 to 20, sorted by potential; pages with fewer clicks than their position suggests; several of your own pages competing for the same query; winners and losers between two periods; new and lost queries. One click opens the "Performance" report for that combination. Figures in the shop Product, category and landing page lists show clicks, impressions, CTR and position as columns, sortable and filterable for 7, 28 or 90 days. Every record has a "Search Console" tab with key figures, queries, addresses reported by Google and index status. The values are taken over from Search Console every hour. URL inspection Search for a product, category or landing page, or enter a URL. The result: indexed, indexed with issues or not indexed, with details on crawling, indexing, canonical URL and sitemaps, plus a direct link into Search Console. The plugin shows the daily quota used; Google allows 2,000 inspections per property and day. Sitemaps Status and discovered pages per sitemap. Submit, resubmit or remove sitemaps straight from the administration. Multiple properties Domain and URL prefix properties, each assigned to a sales channel domain. A path filter is available for language shops running under a path such as /en/. Who is Google Search Console Professional for? Shops that want to know which products Google shows and which it does not SEO managers who switch between Shopware and Search Console every day International shops with several domains and language shops Teams that check indexing problems on individual products or categories Editorial teams that need figures on their own work but have no access to Search Console Technical information and compatibility Shopware 6.7 or higher. You need a verified property in Google Search Console and a service account with permission on that property; submitting sitemaps requires more than read permission for the service account in Search Console. Setup takes four steps: enter a name, upload the JSON key, select the property, assign the sales channel domain. A scheduled task reads the figures for the lists every hour, so Shopware's scheduled tasks need to be running. The module ships with its own user permissions and adapts to both the light and the dark administration theme. Installation via Extensions → My extensions. Our recommendation Start with the property of your main shop, let the scheduled tasks run once, then sort the product list by impressions. For products with many impressions and few clicks, the "Search Console" tab shows what people searched for. View it in the Shopware Store now or request a consultation.

Google Shopping Professional for Shopware 6

Product data to Google – via the new Merchant API Google Shopping Professional for Shopware 6 transfers your products and variants to Google Merchant Center and makes the status of this transfer visible in the Shopware administration. With version 5.0.0 for Shopware 6.7 and 3.7.0 for Shopware 6.6, the connection was switched completely to the Google Merchant API. Google sunset the previous Content API on 18 August 2026; it will be shut down completely in early 2027. If you start today, you work on the interface Google will support going forward. Your advantages with Google Shopping Professional On the current interface: The transfer runs via the Google Merchant API, not via the Content API that is being phased out. Visible instead of blind: The Merchant Manager shows which products are approved, limited, under review or not approved; Google reports status changes directly to the shop. Causes instead of guesswork: For every product that is not transferred, the plugin states the reason, such as a missing Google category or an inactive product. Built for large catalogs: The feed is processed in configurable batches and products are transferred in parallel. In our tests, a run with around 70,000 products dropped from an estimated 15 hours to under two. Stock and range up to date: After an order is completed, stock levels in Merchant Center are updated; products that can no longer be sold are removed there if you wish. Ready for international use: Google Shopping categories are available in numerous languages, and assignment is made per sales channel with target country and language; several Merchant accounts are supported, including sub-accounts of an advanced account. Features at a glance Connection via the Merchant API The connection is set up using a Google Cloud project, an OAuth client, a service account and a product data source in Merchant Center; a wizard in the administration guides you through the steps. A readiness check reports exactly what is still missing – for example a data source ID that has not been entered or invalid credentials. Merchant Manager as the hub Under Catalogues you will find statistics on approved and disapproved products, the list of product issues with search, filters and a jump to the product or to Merchant Center, the queue, the sync results including Google's error message, and the current API quotas. Product status and issues arrive via notifications from Google; in addition, the plugin reconciles all products at an interval you can set between 1 and 24 hours. On each product, a sync history shows the latest transfers. Sync exclusions with reasons A dedicated overview answers why a product does not reach Google: no domain target, no Google category, product inactive, excluded via product status or cancelled in the queue. Automatic pause If Google reports a daily limit or an account problem, the plugin pauses synchronization. You lift the pause with "Reset now". Feed according to your rules Among other things, you decide whether the product name is extended with properties, which category path is output as product type for each product – SEO category, a category of your choice or free text –, whether the lowest price applies for tiered prices and whether products that can no longer be sold are removed from Google. More than 50 attributes, also per variant Product data can be maintained at product and variant level, including your own Google titles and descriptions as well as custom labels for campaign control. Existing Shopware properties can be mapped to the Google fields instead of entering them again. Who is Google Shopping Professional for? Shops that advertise on Google Shopping and want to maintain their product data from within Shopware Existing customers on version 4.x (Shopware 6.7) or 3.6 and earlier (Shopware 6.6) still transferring via the Content API: since September 2026, requests there fail intermittently; after the update, a one-time reconfiguration is required and existing settings are kept International setups with several sales channels, target countries and Merchant accounts Large catalogs where a feed run has so far failed due to memory limits or taken very long Technical information & compatibility Compatibility: Shopware 6.6 and 6.7; transfer via the Google Merchant API from plugin version 3.7.0 (Shopware 6.6) or 5.0.0 (Shopware 6.7) Requirements: Google Merchant Center account and a Google Cloud project with the Merchant API enabled, an OAuth client and a service account One-time developer registration per Google Cloud project required For status notifications from Google, the shop must be reachable via HTTPS; this is set up once per Merchant Center account Installation via Extensions → My extensions in the Shopware administration Management under Catalogues → Merchant Manager in the Shopware administration View it in the Shopware Store now · or request a consultation

Google Sitemap Professional for Shopware 6

Sitemaps for multilingual shops and large catalogs Google Sitemap Professional for Shopware 6 generates XML sitemaps per sales channel and domain and lets you control which content is included, how it is prioritized and how often it changes, down to the individual page and domain. Shopware's standard sitemap covers the typical case. As soon as several languages, several domains or very large product catalogs come into play, that is often no longer enough: hreflang information is missing, variants create unwanted URLs, and the file becomes unwieldy. This is exactly where the plugin comes in. Your advantages with Google Sitemap Professional Clean signals for multilingual shops: Connect sales channels via hreflang, set x-default and the default language, assign different locale codes such as de-AT. Control over the scope: Exclude content types, domains or individual products, categories and landing pages, prioritize important content, set the change frequency per content type or per record. Every domain controllable on its own: Decide per page on which domains it appears in the sitemap and as an hreflang alternative, even for two domains in the same language. Variants without URL sprawl: Either one URL per variant or one consolidated URL per product; variants with a different canonical product are left out. Images in the sitemap: For products, manufacturers and blog posts, the addresses of the assigned images are included. Manageable even for large catalogs: Automatic splitting based on a configurable URL limit, dynamic or static output. Generation when it suits you: Via CLI command, scheduled task or live when the sitemap is requested, including through your own cron jobs. Features at a glance Sitemaps per sales channel and domain A separate sitemap is created for every sales channel and every domain – the basis for international setups with separate country shops. Sitemap index with sub-sitemaps Instead of a single file, a sitemap index is created with sub-sitemaps per content type: home page, categories, products, shop pages, landing pages and blog posts (SasBlog). hreflang and language switcher The plugin connects sales channels that share the same default domain via hreflang, in the sitemap and in the source code of every page. In addition, there are x-default, the default language and different locale codes per domain. You can change the order of the language switcher, hide individual domains and give them your own flags; more than 250 country flags are included. If a product is missing in the target language, the language switcher can lead to the home page instead of a 404 page. Exclusion per page and domain On products, categories and landing pages, you select the domains that do not include a page in their sitemap and the domains that do not appear as an hreflang alternative – in the sitemap and in the storefront. With the hreflang exclusion, the page itself stays in the sitemap. Because both fields store domains rather than a yes/no value, two domains in the same language can be controlled separately. Product variant control You decide whether each variant gets its own URL or whether one consolidated URL is output per product. Variants whose parent product points to a different canonical product are not written to the sitemap. Priority and change frequency Both values can be set per content type or directly on individual products, categories and landing pages. If a record is set to "inherited", it takes the value from the plugin configuration. Splitting, output and timing The sitemap is split automatically based on a configurable URL limit, and the plugin also checks the file size. We have tested it with up to 1 million products and 100,000 categories. Output is dynamic or static; generation runs via CLI command, scheduled task or live when requested. You can limit the CLI command to one sales channel or one domain. Who is Google Sitemap Professional for? International shops with several languages and domains that need clean hreflang output Shops with several domains in the same language, for example for Germany and Austria, that want to control per domain which pages appear Shops with many variants where the standard sitemap produces too many or too few URLs Large catalogs where a single sitemap file reaches its limits Setups with their own cron jobs in which sitemap generation should run outside the Shopware scheduler Technical information & compatibility Compatibility: Shopware 6.4.19.0 up to the current 6.7 version; the feature set described here is available from Shopware 6.6 Installation via Extensions → My extensions in the Shopware administration Extension languages: German, English Generation via CLI command, scheduled task or live Uses Shopware's standard URLs Compatible with Shopware Advanced Search / Elasticsearch, Dynamic Access and SasBlog View it in the Shopware Store now · or request a consultation

Order Overview Professional for Shopware 6

Every order detail in one list Order Overview Professional for Shopware 6 extends the order overview in the administration with additional columns, further filters and a total for the filtered orders. The benefit shows in everyday work. Anyone who wants to know which orders from a particular manufacturer were invoiced last quarter, and what they add up to, currently clicks through individual orders or runs an export. With the additional columns and filters, the same information is right there in the list – including net and gross totals above the overview. Your benefits with Order Overview Professional Fewer clicks per enquiry: 26 additional columns bring details into the list that would otherwise require opening the individual order. More precise filtering: Six additional filters, plus multiple selection in all standard selection filters. Totals without an export: The total of the filtered orders appears as a net and gross value above the overview. Visibility by role: The display of totals can be granted or withdrawn per user role. Search by item: Search by product numbers, with wildcards if required. Usable without setup effort: The plugin works after installation without further configuration. Features at a glance 26 additional columns The list settings allow you to display, among others: invoices, delivery notes, credit note, cancellation invoice, tracking codes, shipping tax rate, shipping costs net and gross, weight, payment date, payment method, customer number, customer group, order language, manufacturer, VAT ID, postcode, city, street, tax rates, net amount, products, invoice date, tags and the Magnalister order number.
